That's not completely true. run_all.sh uses gnatmake and gnatchop from the
PATH and provides the --GCC= option for internal use of the newly built
compiler.
But that should only be a problem if you modify gnatmake or gnatchop itself.
I don't see how it could possibly cause the problems that H. J. Lu reports.
The script explicitely provides an option to pass parameters to the compile
step.
