GNAT 3.4 bootstrap binaries for IRIX 5.3 (Attn. SC)

I've just provided another set of GNAT 3.4 bootstrap binaries (this time
for IRIX 5.3, using the native assembler) on
ftp://ftp.Uni-Bielefeld.DE/pub/gnu/gnat/binaries/gcc-3.4.0-20040204-mips-sgi-irix5.3.tar.gz
This complements the set for alpha-dec-osf4.0f, alpha-dec-osf5.1b,
i386-pc-solaris2.9, mips-sgi-irix6.2, mips-sgi-irix6.5 and
sparc-sun-solaris2.8.
To finally be able to close PR bootstrap/6669, the SC needs to decide where
those binaries should be hosted.
They probably belong on gcc.gnu.org (and maybe ftp.gnu.org), but
libre.act-europe.fr may be an option as well.
This collection should certainly augmented for other platforms as well.
