- Subject: Possibility of 3.3.3 and what to do with bugzilla
In his announcement of 3.3.2
http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc/2003-10/msg00742.html
Mark indicated that a gcc 3.3.3 is unlikely. I and others have closed incoming
PRs that are 3.3-branch-only based on this, but I wonder whether this was
premature.
So, what are we going to do with
- PRs that are fixed on mainline but still exist on the 3.3 branch
- should we still indicate regressions on both lines with
[3.3/3.4 regression]
or should we only mention 3.4 is the summary line?
We can of course just keep with existing practice until we make a final
decision. But maybe that has already been taken?
W.
