I recently heard about a project called xgamestation that sounds like an extremely cool product to
allow someone to play around with low level hardware and software in form of a game console
(http://www.xgamestation.com).
The only concern I had with this product was that the actual programming was accomplished using
Assembly, C or Basic. Being a Java programmer, I was a bit disappointed but understood that
getting a JVM supported on this type of platform was probably unrealistic.
However, your project sounds like exactly what I would need in order to program in Java, but
compile programs to native machine code. My only question is whether you support this processor.
The target processor right now is the Motorola 68HCS12 16-bit processor @ 25 MHz. I see that you
do support the Motorola 68HC12 family of processors. Do you know if the 68HCS12 is part of that
family?
Best Regards,
