This is my fault.
While megring your account (I noticed after one user), the script had two
parameters reversed in updating the cc list, so it accidently
removed your new account from the cc list, and added your old one
whereever your new one was.
Thus, you were removed from all bugs where only your new account was
cced.
I moved all the ones still cc'ed to the old account back to the new
account, but it may be minus a few bugs.
It wouldn't have sent out mail for it until some other change was made,
since it wasn't done from the user interface, but it *would* include the
changes when it did send out mail.

He probably just clicked commit or something with nothing in the comment
box (which will do, of course, nothing to the bug) , and it checked and
decided to send out mail about the change I had made.
