Any reason you haven't forward-ported it to mainline?

I would like to, but don't have an OK for it. At least one person wanted to see makeinfo -html fixed and then depend upon the new version of that tool for 3.4.


Personally, I don't like revlocking, if it can be avoided, and the 4 extra hacking lines to avoid the problem don't seem to be overly burdensome.
