PATCH: Accept new MAINTAINER spot

A few words. FreeBSD has a number of people that contribute to gcc
within the context of its use as that system's primary compiler. My
role on the FSF-side will continue to track incremental changes
required for all ports; fix bugs as they are caught by our automated
army of daily regression testers; and review other requests in a
timely fashion and in light of the rules of the FSF tree. Hopefully,
I can keep the team batting average high and my own powder dry.

(OS Port Maintainers: freebsd): Add myself.
