(CXX_OBJS): Remove parse.o and spew.o. Add parser.o.
($(srcdir)/cp/parse.h): Remove target.
($(srcdir)/cp/parse.c): Likewise.
(gt-cp-parse.h): Likewise.
(gt-cp-parser.h): New target.
(c++.distclean): Do not remove parse.output.
