- Subject: URGENT : compile and link an assembler file !
Hi everybody,
I am a student and i am trying to use a simulator for
a processor.
I have to write my programs in assembler language,
link them and check them using the debugger.
Well, i have no problems to use the "as" tool to
create an object file from a program in assembler but
i can't link it in an executable file to debug.
I was wondering if it is possible use the "gcc"
compiler with the assebler file and generated an
executable file to debug.
PLEASE, if you know how to do email me so i can fix
this problem out.
