CATCH_ALL_TYPE?

Greetings,
Anyone know what happened to CATCH_ALL_TYPE? It's still in the gccint
info pages under Function Bodies/Handler, but I don't see it anywhere
in the gcc sources. There are some comments in gcc/Changelog.0, but
the symbol appears to be undefined.
If CATCH_ALL_TYPE has gone away, what has taken it's place?
