Successful build of gcc-3.1.1 on SuSE 7.1

- Subject: Successful build of gcc-3.1.1 on SuSE 7.1
I successfully built and installed gcc-3.1.1 on a Dual 1GHz Pentium III
running SuSE 7.1
If you want to use threads, you have to configure --enable-threads to get
Posix threads.
My test results are in the gcc-testresults archive:
