GCC 3.2 Prerelease

- Subject: GCC 3.2 Prerelease
The current GCC 3.2 Prerelease is available at:
ftp://gcc.gnu.org/pub/gcc/snapshots/
The files all have "3.2-20020809" in their names.
Please test these tarballs for packaging and buildability.
Barring disaster, these sources will become the 3.2 release on
Wednesday, August 14.
