The following Fortran GNATS bug reports have been fixed in 3.0.3 relative
to 3.0.2:
fortran/4885 BACKSPACE command incorrect after REWIND.
fortran/3957 g77 -pipe <file>.F sends output to stdout.
The following Fortran run time library GNATS bug reports have been fixed
in 3.0.3 relative to 3.0.2:
libf2c/4930 Computing the logarithm of certain COMPLEX values hangs.
libf2c/4826 Build error on Tru64.
