I realize this is completely off topic, so please ignore me if you're
not interested.
My husband and I have been looking into a tracking database both for
personal use and for use in the IT Technical Support department we work
in. I've been reading the messages relating to your conversion to a
Bugzilla database from Gnats and I just wondered, why the switch?
Any information you could provide on the high or low points of each
would be greatly appreciated. And again, I apologize for the off topic
post.
