oh yeah, and i guess i should point out what is missing.

- prologue/epilogue stuff
- varargs implementation
- argument passing of vectors
- alignment macros
- setting vrsave

none of this is particularly hard, it just that i wanted to get the
infrastructure working before going off into details.

and of course, there is:

- the rest of the builtins + documentation
- test cases
