Yes. I always use GMT - 8. It gives me a warm fuzzy feeling. :-)
I think maybe I am at GMT - 8 when it is not daylight time. Anyhow,
I always use GMT - 8 for canonical deadlines.
But, the real truth is that I'm not planning on watching for the
stroke of midnight. Probably if you check in before I wake up
tomorrow you'll get away with it.
