The java compiler present in the GCC suite only compiles java sources into
native binaries. If you want a plug-in to use with Nutscrape and Mozilla,
you'll need to download the J2SDK stuff from Sun (http://java.sun.com), or
from Blackdown (http://www.blackdown.org).
