GCC site error

I've pased my original message into this one. For some
reason, you have blocked my ISP's mail server. I just
wanted to tell you about some problems on your site. I
guess I should tell you that your mail-banning system
has problems too. This ISP is private, there are
probably only one or two dozen members as it just
supplies access within one particular office building.
I'm not sure why you have chosen to block it, but I
don't like it.

Anyway, the original message is bellow the humorous
but anoying response from your server. It tells you
about some dead links on the GCC site.

Hi. This is the qmail-send program at
sourceware.cygnus.com.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to
the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it
didn't work out.

<gcc@gcc.gnu.org>:
In an effort to cut down on our spam intake, we block
email that
is listed by certain open-relay tracking services.
Unfortunately
you may have just discovered the hard way that
sometimes non-spam
  mail gets caught accidentally.
In most cases you can clear this up by an upgrade to
your mail
server or sometimes by getting an erroneous listing
removed.
For more information about our use of these lists,
see
	http://gcc.gnu.org/lists.html
The IP number that I'm denying mail from is
209.236.17.5
The list that you're on is ORBL. See:
      http://search.orbl.org/cgi-bin/search2.cgi
for more information about this list and why you are
on it.

Aparently your install directory is lost. In any
case, the following
links from the main GCC page are dead:
http://www.gnu.org/software/gcc/install/index.html
http://www.gnu.org/software/gcc/install/binaries.html
http://www.gnu.org/software/gcc/install/specific.html

The page containing these liks is at:
http://www.gnu.org/software/gcc/index.html

I hope this helps,
Eric Kobrin
