| every couple of weeks or so. That's a good way to escape temporary
| breakage (or at least to reduce it).
But that is impracticable when one has to make regular chekins, which
need to be up-do-date with respect to the tree.
Leaving breakages there for a while can get a "good copy" quickly out
of date.
