AIX binaries

Has anyone put together an AIX 4.3.3 binary distribution of gcc 3.0 yet?
While I was able to bootstrap the compiler, I am unable to use it for c++
code because applications produced with this compiler raise a SIGABRT
whenever any exception gets thrown.
