Me, too!

I meant to imply no criticism.  

Whenever anyone does a design/implementation of feature X privately,
it is appropriate for everyone else to take a look at it, rather than
just saying "oh, good now we have X".

I've heard of about 5 different ways to do precompiled headers -- and
each has their strengths and weaknesses.  From what I've heard
(including offline discussions with Geoff), I think a pretty
reasonable set of tradeoffs has been made in this case.
