Yes, indeed this is a vicious circle. :-(

On sparc-sun-solaris I'd say this'd be 50% or less, as libjava has been
broken on that platform rather regularily lately, but in principle I'd
say you're right.

Absolutely, absolutely. And that will make your (the Java folks) life
a *lot* easier, I assume!
