I have a some of questions about the gcc-3.0 regression tests at
http://gcc.gnu.org/gcc-3.0/criteria.html
1. Do we really require all of the primary evaluation platforms to compile
the Linux kernel? It will be a challenge on mips-sgi-irix6.5, and I suspect
also on HPUX and AIX.
2. Which version of POOMA will we use? At present we have specified POOMA
2.2.0, but version 2.3.0 was released last August. I would prefer to use
the latest version as it builds OOTB on cygwin.
3. Are there any tips for building POOMA. I haven't managed to build it
with gcc-3.0 on either irix or cygwin.
