ELF support in windows

I need ELF support under windows, and wrote to Mumit Khan who pointed
me here... I'm developing an OS, and all code must be in ELF... I have
a debian system also, but feel more comportable in NT (for now
atleast). What I need is just gcc and ld, nothing more...
