G77 is f77 compiler, albeit with lots of the more popular extensions, some
of which are very f90'ish. However, it's still f77, not f90. Sorry.

information on his plans for f90 support. There are commercial compilers
(see http://www.fortran.com/fortran/) that may meet your requirements.
Don't forget to check out Pacific-Sierra Research's PSRV that may work
for you as well (http://www.psrv.com/).
