I have done some tests with multiple browsers and I suggest to use
<code>--i-am-an-option</code>
for options.
I'm not that sure what to use for actual commands. How about this?
`<code>./some/command --with options --and -such</code>`
It would be a nice job for a volunteer to go through the few files in
wwwdocs/htdocs/install and make them more consistent in that respect
once we have settled on one style. -- Any takers?
