This means that you have not fully upgraded your system. The
value reported is the information returned by the AIX "oslevel" command.
oslevel inquires of the filesets on the system and reports the lowest
level discovered. If AIX is reporting 4.1.4.0 then you still have some
maintenance fileset at AIX 4.1.4 level.
You can display which filesets are below 4.1.5.0 level using:
oslevel -l 4.1.5.0
