Things that I would like to see (Fortran Frontend):
1. Because we're not going to solve the SCmode problems on 64-bit
targets in time for 1.2, it would be useful to restrict the
"-femulate-complex" default option that the FF applies to only those
cases where it is actually needed (single precision complex on 64-bit
targets).
2. It might be best to enable -fno-strict-aliasing by default from
the Fortran Frontend, because Fortran knows of no type based
aliasing rules.
