I should say that I'm in total agreement with those lines. IMO it's more
important for EGCS
1) to implement ISO C++
2) to offer/improve some optimizations -- inlining, return
value optimizations...
If those goals are met then EGCS will be more competitive, if not
superieur compared with commercial compilers.
