egcs-1.1 testsuite: mips-sgi-irix6.4, NT/i686-pc-cygwin32, h

          hpux10.20

Irix6.4 testsuite results are unchanged since 19980803, and are
appended.

i686-pc-cygwin32 built on NT passes make compare-lean, in
spite of the non-monotonic file time stamps.  testsuite attempts
to execute the unix script, unlike the W95 which attempts the win
script.

hpux10.20 build is proceeding without incident, but takes several
times as long as cygwin32 or Irix.
