egcs-1.1 prerelease

I've put a pre-release copy of egcs-1.1 in the snapshots directory.
(snapshots/1.1-prerelease).
The diffs in that directory are against egcs-1.0.3a, not previous
snapshots.
We need folks to pick up the egcs-1.1 tarball(s) and build as well as
patching an egcs-1.0.3a release and building.
diff+patch do not correctly handle 4 files in the diffs to update from
egcs-1.0.3a to egcs-1.1.

Copies of these files are provided in snapshots/1.1-prerelease/RESYNC.

* 68k codegen bug fixed
* Fix configure typo for aix4.1
* reload1.c bugfix to fix ppc-linux bug
* reorg.c bugfix to avoid abort on the PA
* configure.in fix to avoid reference to nonexistant irix
thread file.
* Fix rs6000 backend bug which was causing the compiler to abort
* c++ EH bugfix
* Fix typo in libf2c Makefile.
* Fix bug in IO_getline_info.
