EGCS Mingw32 native - very strange installation problems

Hey!
The EGCS version that i have is mingw32 native ,1.0.2,binary version in zip
downloaded from ftp.franken.de .
I unpacked it,set paths and env.variable .
However,there is no cpp.exe in the package,so gcc.exe tells "installation
problem,cannot exec 'cpp.exe' no such file or directory..."
Do i have wrong - corrupted - archive ,or am I to get preprocessor myself???
