Sounds good to me. I assume packages like libg++ are configured with
--prefix=/abs/name/gcc_name-gcc-version, and are installed in the tree
with the compiler that compiled them, rather than being out on their
own in /abs/name/libg++-2.7.2. Do you know of any other packages that
belong in the same tree as another package?
