- Subject: Results for 4.0.1 testsuite on x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu
Salutations,
Here are the test results for gcc-4.0.1, built under Fedora Core 4 x86_64 on a
Dell Precision 370 workstation. A KDE build failed due to gcc-4.0.0 being
blacklisted, hence the compilation of gcc-4.0.1, which I hope to get better
results from. As of this date a "yum list" does not yet show a gcc update
available, hence recompilation.
Directions at gcc.gnu.org have been followed to the letter without incident.
"make profiledbootstrab" was used to optimize the compiler.
Platform details are appended to this message. Thanks for all the hard work!
Cheers,
Matt "Breakpoint" Heck
