  libstdc++-v3/include/bits/codecvt_specializations.h: add missing qualifiers

libstdc++-pic:
  Build and install libstdc++_pic.a library.

libstdc++-doclink:
  link local libstdc++ documentation to local source-level documentation 

gcc-line-numbers:
  Richard Henderson <rth at redhat dot com>
  * integrate.c (output_inline_function): Reset input_filename
  and lineno from the decl before rest_of_compilation.

gcj-debian-policy:
  add /usr/share/java/repository to the classpath.

gcj-names:
  versioned gcj info names

gcj-without-rpath:
