Tested under: NT4/SP3 cygwin-b20.1 note: no execution test shows as passing when run on NT; tests which involve intentional access violation crash expect on cygwin On W95, xgcc fails to process includes correctly, but it's OK on NT, except for not setting up a working include path when building libstdc++.
