You can also replace <tls_abi_suffix> with <bits>, <tls_sysv_suffix> with
<mode>, and l<tls_insn_suffix> with <ptrload>.  Also, was "TLSmode:"
needed anywhere?  I don't see any other iterator used in those patterns.
