[PATCH,AIX] Optimize the time required for loading XCOFF data


Description:
 * This patch optimizes the time required for loading XCOFF data.

Tests:
 * AIX: Build: SUCCESS
   - build made by means of gmake on AIX.

ChangeLog:
  * xcoff.c: Optimize loading of XCOFF data.
