[wwwdocs] extensions.html - remove "rogue" MELT page


I noticed that http://gcc-melt.org now redirects to
http://www.gcc-melt.org which looks like a default,
and empty, Wordpress installation.

I went ahead and applied the patch below.

Basile, should we generally remove this reference to GCC MELT?
