Subject: Go patch committed: Fix stale comments in lexer

This patch from Than McIntosh removes a stale comment in code that
accepts "go:nowritebarrier" pragma and updates the comment for
"go:nowritebarrierrec".  Bootstrapped on x86_64-pc-linux-gnu.
Committed to mainline.
