[wwwdocs] remove gcc-uk.internet.bs from mirrors.html

>From all I can tell gcc-uk.internet.bs has not been reachable for
quite a while, and while in theory it may be limited to UK Internet
clients, a mirror that is not reachable from Austrian nor German
nor US IP addresses (including the system it mirrors) likely is
dead, so I applied the patch below
info@internet.bs, can you confirm?
