Subject: libgo patch committed: Update to go1.8rc3

This patch to libgo updates to the go1.8rc3 release (release candidate
3 for the Go 1.8 release).  Bootstrapped and ran Go testsuite on
x86_64-pc-linux-gnu.  Committed to mainline.
