libgo patch committed: Update to final 1.6 release

Subject: libgo patch committed: Update to final 1.6 release

The Go 1.6 release went out earlier today.  This patch updates libgo
to the final version of the Go 1.6 libraries.  Bootstrapped and tested
on x86_64-pc-linux-gnu.  Committed to mainline.
