* Makefile.in: Remove use of TREEBROWSER.
* config.in: Regenerated.
* configure: Regenerated.
* configure.ac: Remove definition of TREEBROWSER.
* tree-browser.c: Removed.
* tree-browser.def: Removed.
Presumably this has bitrotted to the point of being unusable? I'm not
aware of anyone using or updating this code for eons.
If nobody objects by July 31, then this is OK for the trunk.
