Are the __asan_{load,store,report}*_noabort entrypoints going to be added
into libasan too?

Probably not, ASan team has declined recovery mode in userspace ASansince the beginning of days. It's even mentioned in their FAQ athttps://code.google.com/p/address-sanitizer/wiki/AddressSanitizer
