Please either merge in the following patch, or I'll commit it afterwards:

	gcc/ada/
	* gcc-interface/utils.c (DEF_FUNCTION_TYPE_10): Remove.
	(DEF_FUNCTION_TYPE_VAR_8, DEF_FUNCTION_TYPE_VAR_12): New macros.
