Not true: I don't see the failure in the results of the Intel bots I have 
looked at and the new regexp succeeds on powerpc-apple-darwin9*.
So could you list the platforms on which the new test fails.

Could you post the results (w/wo -flto) of

grep "_myBindC" bind_c_array_params_2.s
