[SH, committed] Fix formatting in sh-mem.cc


Hello,

Attached patch tested with 'make all-gcc', committed as r210037.

gcc/ChangeLog:
	* config/sh/sh-mem.cc: Use tabs instead of spaces.
	(prob_unlikely, prob_likely): Make variables const.
