zone collector in trunk now.  Please speak up if you disagree and
would like me to wait until 4.9.

         * Makefile.in (GGC): Remove.  Replace all instances with
         ggc-page.o.
         (ggc-zone.o): Remove.
         * configure.ac: Remove option --with-gc.

Won't this mean that use of the configure option is now silently ignored, rather than generating an error? Existing users of the option might be slightly confused by that.
