PATCH: Add RDRND, F16C and FSGSBASE support to -march=native

Hi,

This patch adds RDRND, F16C and FSGSBASE support to -march=native.
Tested on Linux/x86-64. OK for trunk, 4.7 and 4.6?

Thanks.
